Across his career, Adam has successfully implemented and transformed workforce planning and people analytics in businesses across both the public and private sector. Adam advises boards to create a sustainable workforce that increases productivity and reduces cost.
He is a Fellow of CIPD and CMI.

Alicia is the Co-Founder and Joint CEO of eQ8 and a recognised global thought leader in Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics.
A Chartered Accountant with an MBA, Alicia started her career in finance and has spent the large part of her career working with organisations to create solutions that integrate HR with finance and strategy.
Alicia’s passion is about helping organisations answer what is arguably THE most important question they could ask – what is our purpose and what is it going to take to get there? eQ8 brings our customers the understanding that the workforce is the key execution vehicle for that purpose and ensures that they have the requisite capability and capacity to achieve it, now and into the future. No longer can we passively assume the skills we need will just materialise right when we need them.

About Nick
Nick has over 20 years of experience, including strategic workforce planning, project and global talent management. This is complimented by a strong aptitude for continuous improvement.
Having managed strategic workforce planning and organisational design teams for large global companies and overseen major change and optimisation programs, Nick has a deep understanding of the complex challenges faced by many organisations. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and is passionate about connecting strategy, planning and people.
Nick has significant experience designing strategic workforce planning solutions and is an accomplished trainer and workshop facilitator. Nick has designed and facilitated public and in-house training in strategic workforce planning, workforce data & analytics, and capability mapping for some of the world’s leading organisations.
