What is the Workforce Planning Institute (WPI)?
The WPI is a global organisation dedicated to enhancing workforce planning capabilities across various sectors through education, certifications, and resources.
What certifications does WPI offer?
WPI offers the Certified Practising Strategic Workforce Planner (CP-SWP) certification to validate workforce planning expertise as well as certificates in SWP and ECM. You can view all our options here.
What types of memberships are available at WPI?
Membership options include access to exclusive resources, events, and discounts for professionals engaged in workforce planning. There is a free Associate Membership or for a deeper dive into SWP you can get one of our paid memberships here.
Where are your Global Events?
We have events in EMEA APAC and North America. In 2024 these are in Austin, London and Sydney. In 2025 we will have our events in London, Sydney & Chicago.
