About the Opportunity
We are building a global network of WPI accredited facilitators to support the delivery of our education programs across regions and industries.
Our facilitators are experienced professionals who bring real-world expertise to learning experiences. We work with a trusted pool of freelance facilitators who are aligned to our methodology and delivery standards.

This is a freelance, case-by-case delivery model. Facilitators are engaged as opportunities arise based on expertise, region, and availability.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking professionals who:
Have strong subject matter expertise in workforce planning or related disciplines
Enjoy sharing knowledge and working with groups
Bring real-world experience and practical insight
Are professional, reliable, and learner-focused
Are open to learning and applying a consistent delivery methodology
Facilitation experience is welcome, but we are equally interested in subject matter experts who want to develop their facilitation capability.
How the Facilitator Model Works
You apply to join our facilitator network.
Selected applicants move through an interview and assessment process.
Successful applicants complete training in our WPI methodology.
Once you have gone through the training, you become part of our approved facilitator pool.
Facilitators are engaged on a freelance basis when programs are confirmed. When an opportunity arises, you will be contacted to confirm your availability and that the timing and location suit. Once confirmed, our team will coordinate logistics and delivery arrangements.
Delivery opportunities are allocated based on:

Availability

Step 1 — Submit Your Application
Complete the application form below and upload your CV.
Step 2 — Review & Shortlisting
Applications are reviewed against experience, expertise, and alignment with our programs.
Step 3 — Interview & Assessment
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a short interview and may be asked to complete a brief facilitation or presentation exercise.
Step 4 — Accreditation
Successful candidates complete onboarding and WPI facilitator accreditation.
Step 5 — Join the Network
WPI accredited facilitators are added to our global facilitator pool and considered for delivery opportunities.
